Where are you located?

Conveniently located in the Orlando metropolitan area, Winter Springs, FL

What is your availability?

All services are available by appointment only. Please refer to the homepage for the most up-to-date hours of operation. If you're requesting the first appointment of the day, kindly select the earliest available time slot.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Why isn’t my preferred date and time available for booking?

If the appointment slot is greyed out, the day/time is not not available. I do not have a waitlist. Please be sure to keep checking the calendar for the date and time you desire.

How early in advance can I schedule an appointment?

My booking calendar opens on a monthly basis. You can begin scheduling appointments for the upcoming month during the 4th Sunday and Monday. To stay in the loop, be sure to subscribe to my email list—I send out a notification as soon as booking becomes available

How do I reschedule an appointment?

You may reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. To do so, please use the link provided in your appointment confirmation email or email TerraGenelle@ggsalonandspa.com with your request. Each deposit allows for one reschedule. If you need to change your appointment again, you’ll need to cancel and rebook when you're ready.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes, I am currently accepting new clients. All ages and curl types are welcome at the salon.

How do  I pay for my service?

Cash (The exact amount) or Credit/ Debit Card.

I do not accept Zelle, CashApp, or other forms of payment.

Does my deposit go towards my service?

Yes, your deposit will go towards the total cost of your service.

How long will my hair last after the appointment?

Do you service children?

Yes, If your child is able to sit through a service with no problems you are more than welcome to bring them in. There is no differentiation in pricing for children.

Can I bring guests with me?

Seating in the salon suite is limited. Absolutely no additional guest, pets, or children (unless they being serviced). I am in a much smaller space and simply don't have the room to accommodate additional bodies.

What is the Grow in Grace Method?

The Grow in Grace Method is our signature approach to natural and curly hair care, focused on the Reset, Revive, and Restoration. It begins with a deep cleansing and scalp detox (Reset), followed by intense moisture and strength treatments (Revive), and ends with a styling finish that supports healthy hair goals (Restoration). This method helps break cycles of damage and lays the foundation for long-term growth and maintenance.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

I ask that you arrive pre-cleansed with your hair free of braids, weaves, twists, buns, or ponytails, thoroughly cleansed and detangled. Please be sure to read through my client policies and procedures.

What is a curl detox?

Over time the hair scalp builds up with sebum, oil, minerals, environmental debris, and hair products. The curl detox will remove the impurities and unwanted elements from the hair. This will reveal a clean canvas that will help to achieve optimal results.

Longevity of the style depends on your lifestyle. We will discuss proper care and at home upkeep.

What types of styles do you offer?

I offer naturally curly hair styles. The defined curl set, two strand twist, flat twist, or a blow-dry

What is shrinkage?

Curl "shrinkage," or elasticity refers to the hairs natural ability to stretch and return to its original length without breaking. After you receive a curl detox, all impurities weighing the curls down will be lifted which is the first step in achieving healthy hydrated hair. When naturally curly hair is healthy, it should stretch to about 50% of it’s original length and return to its natural form. This is why type 4, kinky curly, hair can appear shorter than it actually is.

Do you offer color services?

Yes, color services are available. A consultation is required before all color services. 

Can you work with my curl type?

Yes, I work with all curl types. Results may very from person to person depending on the health of the hair.

What should I do if I am  late?

If you are running late please call or text me. I understand that life happens, so I offer a 10 minute grace period with no penalty. Services for clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be honored only at stylists discretion and will be assessed a late fee if serviced.

I am experiencing hair loss. Can you help?

Absolutely. I recommend scheduling a consultation with me so we can discuss your concerns.

How do I maintain my hair at home?

During your initial visit, I will educate you on proper home maintenance.

How often should I visit the salon?

To maintain your cut, hydration, and treatments, I recommend visiting the salon every 4-8 weeks.


After 15+ Weeks please schedule a new client appointment. Your hair will need the deluxe introductory treatment again. Please schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience. 

Do I need an add-on treatment?

I highly recommend scheduling add on treatments to your service, especially if you are a new client. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Do you offer hair trims ONLY?

At my salon, a trim is considered a haircut. A haircut is included in every new client service, as well as a maintainence cut is included with every existing client service. 

What is my curl type?

Type 2 - Wavy

Type 3- Curly

Type 4 - Kinky/ Coily
